An Artists' Life

Well I started this about an hour and a half ago, and I ended up losing the first URL which had my name spelled correctly. Now I have one with my name spelled incorrectly because, well the story goes on and on...so this is the solution to writing endless emails to unappreciative people who shall have to remain unnamed for fear of getting beat up on. Ha. I know of very few people who beat up on others, or claim to, and that is also the end of that topic. Too icky. Too meshy as the twins would say.

Now look, I am not going to identify everyone I mention, such as 'the twins', because I am only inviting people whom I know and pretty much love to read this thing. It's a trust issue, you might say, airing your diary in public. Everyone does it, but I don't know, it feels risky to me. But in case you forgot, the angels names are Esme (ZZ) and Baya (Bee), or I am taking a stab at how to spell it. They are still more beautiful and special by the day, their nana thinks. That is of course, me. You see, I am explaining the unneccessary already. it is a terrible habit of mine. My hubby is a saint to put up with me. Most people snap at me within seconds, but not him. He is also another kind of angel. More of a naughty one...

So it was all to put a comment in Maggies' Chronicle that this whole thing took off and got out of hand. I didn't call my doctors' office, nor the vet, nor anyone. I just sat here and fiddled away the afternoon, recreating a second blog, just to be able to enter my comment in her sweet blog. You must read it, it is wonderful. Her mama Miriam is a wonderful writer, and the photographs are also just beautiful. She and Matt are so enjoying this first baby of theirs, it is a great thing to share a part of their lives. Maggie and Miriam were my daily companions for about a month or more this winter, the first two weeks while I was in the hospital, and the rest of the time here at home. We just all took long naps every afternoon, including Maxx, who turned 10 on January 1st, and LuLu, who is still the dumbest dog we know. Kind of a run-on paragraph - sorry.

All this writing has helped me drop the annoyance totally - since I stopped smoking I don't stay annoyed as long as I used to . I think nicotine makes tempers flare. Someone should try a study. Meanwhile the dogs have to go outside for a change. I wonder how many times we have walked the dogs in the last 20 years? I have rounded up a couple of years, but really, it has been a whole lot of dog walks. We have to be grateful to them for getting us outside in all kinds of weather, no matter what we feel like. And they also make us laugh no matter what. They play together so nicely, most of the time, although later LuLu has been cranky.. we think she needs a doggy shrink, or possibly counseling from a doggy ministry.

One last note is that Blogger has a little problem with Macs. Can't run spell check with it. And my own spell check program has never worked. In case you've wondered...
